- Listings, capital raising and valuation services - Advising clients on the NSX Listings Requirements in respect of any corporate actions proposed by clients, including listings, de-listings, capital raisings, rights offers and the like. Drafting the necessary documentation required to implement corporate actions, as well as facilitating and project managing the NSX approval process, including the Listings Committee and Board approval process where necessary.
- Mergers, Acquisitions and transaction advisory.
- NSX sponsor services - Advising our clients on their responsibilities with respect to their continuing obligations in terms of the NSX Listings Requirements.
